Deep
Fried Fish Tacos
Batter
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup beer
1 cup caper sauce Or 1 cup tartar sauce
Deep-fry min 1 pound of fish (haddock or cod) using
the batter recipe above.
While the fish is cooking, prepare:
1 cup coleslaw
(Cabbage with coleslaw dressing and miracle whip to make it creamy,
add some pepper. Do not make it too wet)
Chop up some tomatoes, and onions, or you can use store bought
Salsa.
Grated marble cheese
1 package soft shell tortillas
When everything is prepared take the soft shell tortillas:
spread
coleslaw on the shell
place your deep-fry fish
add tartar sauce and tomatoes with onions (or
salsa), hot sauce if you wish
sprinkle marble cheese
