5 large haddock
fillet (fresh)
1 small onion chopped
Butter
Flour
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese grated
Homo milk (or 2%)
Pepper
You will need a 9x13 casserole dish
Spread some butter on the bottom of the pan and on the sides.
sprinkle half of your chopped onions on the bottom
places fish on the onions
sprinkle 1 ½ tbsp flour on the fish
sprinkle pepper
put rest on chopped onions
add milk just to cover haddock fillet
bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes when fish is ¾ done
Sprinkle parmesan cheese (this will help to thicken milk)
when desired consistency add mozzarella cheese cook till
melted do not brown cheese.
